LOCATION

  • Parkwood WA 6147, 25 minutes South of the CBD, 15 mins to the airport
  • The practice is located opposite a major shopping centre on a main arterial road, 2 minutes drive from a major industrial area.
  • Two of the best public high schools in Perth located within a 3km radius of the medical centre
THE PRACTICE
  • This is a re-born, stand alone, private ownership, GP practice, with 6 consult rooms
  • Parkwood and the surrounding suburbs have a population of 45000
  • Over the next 5 years expected population growth is 6%
  • Local population has a wide demographic with around 78% of the population between 0-49 years old   
  • 20% of patients in the catchment area are Chinese
  • Co-located with established allied health providers in the same complex. Including: Psychologist, Dentist, Audiology and Pathology
  • Practice Nurse will assist you, there are plans for a Diabetes Educator, Occupational Therapist and Podiatrist to join in the near future
  • Patient and staff parking available

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • This opportunity arises as a result of shortage of doctors in the area
  • This is a mixed billing practice with projected figures of 40% private billing
  • The practice is in modern, purpose built, premises, with large consult rooms with natural lighting, significant car traffic going past every day, public transport closeby, and ample parking
  • Chinese language would be an advantage
  • Doctors with special interests are encouraged to apply.
EARNINGS OVERVIEW
  • Earn 70% or $150 per hour for the first 5 months whichever is greater
  • There is an opportunity for a full time GP to generate $450000 gross per annum
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • The practice uses Best Practice software
  • You’ll be able to work the hours that suit you, anywhere between Mon - Fri, 8am - 8pm
  • Its expected that a contract of will 2-3 years be offered, this is negotiable
  • Partnerships opportunities are available possible in the future
