THE ROLE
  • in the City of Playford, 26km, (about 40 mins) drive to the CBD
  • this is a multi-disciplinary health centre servicing the Elizabeth & northern Adelaide community, located on a busy highway, near a large shopping centre, the practice has a large base of regular and walk-in patients
  • you’ll join a team of 19 GPs, with comprehensive clinical support available, including multi-disciplinary assistance from an in-house pharmacy, physiotherapy centre, dental department, pathology collection facility, multi-bed treatment room, specialists on-site and fully-equipped radiology department
  • practice has AGPAL, and GP Training accreditation, and uses Medical Director software
  • The practice is open Monday to Friday 07:00 - 22:00, and weekends 08:00 - 22:00 weekends, you are encouraged to work the hours that suit you best. Ideally you will be able to offer one evening and one weekend session weekly for the GP team rota (this is desirable, not essential!)
THE OPPORTUNITY
  • significant unmet patient demand in the area
  • private billing is at your discretion
  • earn 70% for a experienced GP (*PIPS and SIPS included)
  • simple service agreement offered. This is a non- exclusive contract, with no restraint on your practice (three month notice period)
  • this opportunity offers you the administrative and nursing support, allowing more time with patients
  • given patient demand and support, full time GPs safely earn $400,000 - $450,000+, per annum
*Procedural GPs : due to growing demand for medical services, there are facilities available for GPs with speciality interests including (but not limited to) Skin and Cosmetic, Mental Health, and Chronic Disease Management
