  • Current special interests include child health and chronic illness
  • The patient demographic is mixture of young,old people, mixed ethnicity, steadily growing list, in this densely populated area
  • The team includes a practice nurse, care plan nurse, and physiotherapist, dietitian

  • You will typically see 25- 30 per day

  • Opening hours are: Mon-Fri: 9-6pm, Sunday: 9-2pm, you’ll ideally be available to work: One of the weekend days regularly (this can be negotiated to suit you)
