If you are seeking international vocational experience, then AMA Recruit can provide you with access to a new streamlined medical registration process for Australian vocationally trained GPs in England. This is a tremendous opportunity to develop your vocational skills in another country, and use England as a base to see the world.

THE PRACTICE
  • GPs and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare
  • the practice was founded fifty years ago and recently moved to the present purpose built premises
  • they offer a full general practice service and run specialist clinics for: children, pregnant women, diabetes and chronic disease, and minor surgery
THE OPPORTUNITY
  • AUD$32,000 relocation subsidy is available to support the transition including access to a personal relocation assistant with strong experience in relocating health professionals into England
  • the new process requires Australian Fellows to only commit to an 18 month initial contract
  • the application, registration and visa process will take approximately 3-4 months
  • NHS immigration visa provided
REQUIREMENTS
RACGP or ACRRM fellows are eligible for the Royal College of GP's (RCGP) new Certificate of Eligibility for GP Registration (CEGPR), which recognises the similarities of Australian Vocational Training and Primary Care systems.
