LOCATION
Located in the heart of Ellenbrook, opposite the Main Shopping Mall, Pharmacies and Allied Health Professionals nearby.

THE OPPORTUNITY
  • This is a GP owned, 4 GP practice
  • Densely populated area with a population of 45,000
  • The team includes: Nurse, Practice Nurse, Chronic Disease Nurse, Care Plan Nurse, onsite pathology
  • The patient demographic is mixed demographics including young and elderly population. Diverse nationalities. High level of chronic disease conditions. Modern retirement village and aged care homes in the locality
  • This is a mixed billing practice, approximately 30% of billing is private
  • You will typically see 30 to 40 patients per day
  • You will earn 70 to 75% of billing’s depending on experience
  • Based on current figures, you can reasonably expect to achieve weekly billings of $7,500 average weekly earnings from the early months

  • The practice is in a new facility (2018) with ample parking
  • The practice uses Best Practice software
  • Open hours are: 8.00am to 5.00pm weekdays.
  • You will ideally be available to work: Mon - Fri 8.00am to 5.00pm (encouraged to work one Saturday in four)
The Principal is a personable UK trained GP with Masters Degree in Public Health from The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Health. He also has Postgraduates degree in Dermatology from Cardiff University, UK, Postgraduate Degree in Management and, certificate in Community Psychiatry with over 20 years experience in Medical Practice.
