The Southern Inland Health Initiative, is an initiative of the State Government and funded by the Royalties for Regions program. Funding for this program is for a period of up to four years.
The objective is to increase the number of doctors working in the southern inland region of Western Australia. For doctors participating in this initiative various support is available, depending on the medical requirements of the town and surrounding areas as well as the background and experience of the doctor.
